Dave has finished

4:24, which I think is not all that bad a time, is it? Well done and the AW sponsorship money is on its way.

There are also some book reviews up of books about Israel, but not really much to Watch in them. Also an archive interview with Nick Griffin.

Have you noticed that one topic the decents are completely ignoring is Nepal?

You would think that a mass movement for democracy would be right up their street, however there seems to be a problem as A) The British govt loves the Nepalese regime b) the likely winners in a democratic election would be communists.

I think someone in an HP comments thread did attack the blogger 'Lenin' for 'supporting the Maoists'. It's a good point though - supposing the Decents did have something to say about Nepal, what would it be? It doesn't easily fit into the 'duty to protect' narrative, and it doesn't involve Muslims, so it's a tricky one for them.

Gardening, book clubs, lawn bowls, bungee jumping, marijuana cultivation, swingers clubs or SAGA holidays.

More fruitful retirement pursuits for Norman Geras to replace the futile Euston Manifesto.

I don't see your point about the decents and Nepal. Not many antiwar bloggers are donating much time to this issue either, so what is that supposed to tell us? That if America isn't involved in something it doesn't count?

The decent position, I would imagine, to be very obvious: to support the reintroduction of democracy in that country.

I very much doubt they would support the Maoists who of course are hardly democrats, don't have majority support and have brought nothing but death and destruction over the past ten years.

er almost all of the antiwar bloggers are commenting on it.

As usual with the Decents democracy is great, unless the result is not to their liking, (see Hamas, Chavez, etc)
